Carrie Prejean Calls Larry King “Inappropriate

Carrie Prejean, the former Miss California USA, threatened to walk off the Larry King Live set when King turned the focus of their interview toward the settlement of her lawsuit with the pageant.

During the interview, King asked Prejean why, if the issue of religious discrimination is so important to her, did she settle her suit with the pageant. (In the suit, Prejean asserted that she was dismissed from serving as Miss California USA because of her statements about gay marriage and other hot-button issues.)

Prejean did not answer King's question, instead repeating several times that the details of the settlement are confidential and calling King ...

Carrie Prejean Inspires Flare-Up On ‘The View’

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- The ladies of "The View" heated up on Thursday morning over Carrie Prejean's controversial appearance on "Larry King Live," where the former pageant queen took off her microphone and threatened to walk off the show after he asked why she settled a lawsuit with the Miss California Organization.

"He just wanted to know, 'Why did you settle [your lawsuit]?' That would not be illegal to do that," Joy Behar said.

Lindsay Lohan’s Diet Cola Dousing

Relieving herself of her troubles, Lindsay Lohan joined a few of her friends for a night at Bardot in Los Angeles on Wednesday (November 11).

Sporting a big stain on her shirt upon leaving, Lindsay tweeted, “So fun when someone spills a STICKY diet cola ALL OVER YOU!!!!!! NOT even regular cola! Diet it GROSS!”

Meanwhile, the AFP, is reporting that Emanuel Ungaro has dubbed LiLo’s clothing collection with his brand as a “disaster”.

The comment was made at an international film festival in Estoril, Portugal, with Ungaro having sold out his stake in the company in 2005.

In related news, it seems the late King of Pop’s private funeral service for family and friends ended up costing over one million dollars.  In comparison, the massive Staples Center memorial service only cost $1.3 million. 

A family attorney explained, “Mrs [Katherine] Jackson and her family wish to honor her son by a funeral that seeks to offer solace to his multitude of fans and by which the family also may be comforted.  [Costs are] entirely commensurate with the decedent’s worldwide status as an entertainer and the world’s grief over his death.”
