LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Just three days before Mischa Barton was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for what a source told Access Hollywood was an involuntary psychiatric hold, the star appears to have called 911 for a separate incident.

On Sunday, July 12, in a call obtained by Access, a female who seems to be Mischa called 911 asking for help for a friend she believed had broken his leg while at the star's Hollywood Hills home.
